Are you the designated trustee for a member of A Sweet Goodbye? If the time has come to notify the member’s recipients that there is a voice message waiting for them, you will need to report their end of life. Please use one of the options below to activate their A Sweet Goodbye’s message(s).

Sign in to your account and navigate to the trustee dashboard. You will see a list of users you have been assigned as a trustee. You have an option to report death from your trustee dashboard.

If you don't have an account set up with A Sweet Goodbye, you can still report death by clicking the link from your email. Click the button above and enter your email address. We will send you an email with the link for you to report death.
